Katrina Coffelt

Founder/Owner

I’m a coach, counselor, business owner, speaker, and mom—but at the heart of everything I do is a deep belief in the power of people.

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped individuals, families, and teams grow from the inside out. Whether I’m having a one-on-one conversation or speaking to a room full of leaders, my goal remains the same: to create a space where people feel safe being honest, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

I believe leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing up with clarity, compassion, and the courage to keep learning and growing.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), I bring both clinical insight and practical strategy to my work. I earned degrees in psychology and counseling from Wisconsin Lutheran College and the University of Denver.

I am the owner of Bridges Family Center, a mental health practice serving individuals and families across the lifespan. I also co-founded Awestruck Family Outfitters, a business created to help people reconnect through outdoor experiences and meaningful travel.

My coaching style is honest, encouraging, and grounded in real life. I’ll challenge you to grow, but I’ll also walk alongside you throughout the process.

My work has been shaped not only by professional experience, but also by my own journey through grief, loss, and rebuilding. Those experiences have strengthened my commitment to leading with empathy, honesty, resilience, and hope—especially when life doesn’t go according to plan.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring with my husband and our three daughters, planning our next camper adventure, or enjoying coffee on a porch with a good friend.

Christina Clark

Operations Partner

As Operations Partner at Axiom Leadership, Christina provides the structure, organization, and consistency that allow the company’s mission and client experience to thrive.

Christina brings humility, initiative, loyalty, and attention to detail to her work. She understands that behind every calendar, spreadsheet, system, and email is a person looking for clarity and support. Her ability to see both the details and the bigger picture allows her to strengthen operations while keeping people at the center of every decision.

Christina earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Specific Learning Disabilities from Murray State University. In addition to her role at Axiom, she serves as Business Manager for the private Christian school attended by her children and Katrina’s children. Her experience has strengthened her ability to manage complex responsibilities, protect confidential information, and serve others with care and professionalism.

Although much of Christina’s work happens behind the scenes, her impact can be seen in every client experience. She anticipates needs, strengthens systems, and helps create a solid foundation that allows Axiom’s coaches and leaders to focus on helping people and organizations grow.

When she is not working, Christina and her husband enjoy following their two daughters from dance competitions to softball fields and basketball courts. Their favorite family destinations include cruises, Texas, and South Carolina.
